REGISTER A Booth

Come and join the fun! You can come in costume, decorate your booth and participate in our Glow For Jesus contest!
Please Note this is a glow in the dark party so lighting will be low!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

- This is a child and family-friendly event. Absolutely no gory, scary, spooky costumes or decorations. No weapons allowed and no sharp objects. If you need any clarification, do not hesitate to contact us!

- Participants please bring your own treats to hand out to 150 kids and we will provide the rest as we usually have about 500 kids come through this event each year. (candy, chocolate or chips-no peanut products). 

- Registered booths must arrive at the church between 4:30pm and 4:45pm to set up their booths, as the event starts at 5:30pm.

- Registered booths must be prepared to stay until the event ends at 7:30pm. We will have volunteers willing to stand in for breaks when needed.

- Booths will be entered in a poll for a People’s Choice award. 

- Deadline for entry is 5pm October 30th, 2026.
